I’ve never dealt with a more unorganized insurance company. Literally every month I receive a cancelation notice because one of my vehicles doesn’t get automatically billed with the other two. Each month I call and they tell me it was an oversight but it’s been resolved. (This is usually a 10 minute phone call explaining it each month followed up by a “I need to call you back”) And guess what the following month the same thing happens. I have been a State Farm customer for a few years now and have always received top notch service whenever having interaction with anyone at the branch office. Regardless of the purpose of the call, everyone is always helpful and willing to assist. I was recently involved in an auto accident and my claim was handled very expeditiously. In addition, the reps that helped me were empathic, professional and helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel.
