They make an appointment with you and never show up. They say they will call you with an answer and they never do. They email you and you email them back after they don't show and you get no response
If I could give them 0 star, that would be the fair review for this company. They have the worst customer service and receptionist I have ever dealt with. The lady hang up the phone on me three times within a period of 10 minutes because she did not have the patience to fix the issue that I had. I do not recommend this company at all

Awful customer service. Been with them for 2 years. I called to ask about their service contract. The lady that answered the phone at the Fellsmere location was very rude and short with me. Couldn't even find me in their system.
