Garbage service, garbage employees, garbage support and garbage call center. They won’t keep promises, failed to fix something during warranty and it’s like pulling teeth getting them to do anything. No one knows how to answer the phone.

The hispanic technicians work very hard, and I watched them work hard to fix my problem. I wasn't happy to see the 2 white men come to my property and tear up my fence to fit their hoes through and not ask me if that's OK or even try to fix it afterward. They seemed careless and lazy, so glad th eother two men were there to assess the issue.

Only went with Brian Davis Septic because the my builder had them under a 2 year post build contract and I didn’t believe that given the septic was new it required much skill labor. Now in the past 4 years it came to my attention that each 6 month inspection DB Septic never changed the filter for the air pump. The bold for the filter was so much fixed in place that the team asked to take the pump to their shop and bring it back the next day. I called 4x today to confirm they would have time to service my home and was told theyd be here between 4 and 5. They never showed up. There's no after hours line, and now I have to wait until Monday. Clog in the grinder. What do I pay a maintenence agreement for? Avoid this company at all costs.

Reading through the reviews, I also don’t understand why builders contract with this company. Multiple emails and phone calls and messages left over several months with no response from the business. Once I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone, (Just like other reviews) Spoke with a woman who did not say her name and was not interested in speaking with me about my situation. Luckily, my contract has expired and I can find a different company to fix my issue. I would rate zero stars if I could!!!
