Very good company in my experience with them
My review is not for service performed but more on scheduling. Supposed to show up between 8 & 10AM, waited till almost 2:00 and still no show. I just called and cancelled. Have some respect for customers time and scheduling.
Extremely disappointed with the service from Brian Davis Septic. Before their initial check-up, everything was working fine with my septic system. After their visit, I now have a large area of carpet near my bathroom completely saturated, likely from a septic issue. To make matters worse, I had a follow-up appointment scheduled, stayed home all day waiting, and no one showed up or even bothered to call. This company is terrible!!!!!! They installed our system incorrectly when the house was built in 2020. I have had nothing but problems with it since. I just had my system pumped 5 months ago, then they came out and said it was the pump and wires in the tank. Well if you wouldnt put electrical wires in the tank that fills with water I think that would solve that problem..... Anyways here we are again my house is backed up again!!!!!!
