Maintenance contract for required new septic system. Transferred from builder. Poor follow up on calls, rude receptionists, sewer smell in home. They argued it was builders error, even though they installed. Reported to dept of health they inspected as required. False . No follow up concerning end of contract with homeowner that is required by fl dept of health. Do not use.
Worst customer service, worst septic company, thank goodness my contract just ran out. I couldn't start a new one with a different company faster. don't use. to all the builders in the area please help your home owners out and partner with a better company.
They say one thing and they do another. They make an appointment and never show up. They take your telephone numbers and they say they'll call you back up and they never do
Horrible customer service. The office gives you the run around and they can't deliver inspection reports in a timely manner. The 2 women that work in the office are rude and very unprofessional. They lied to me repeatedly about sending me the reports I paid for and when I would catch them in a lie they would just make up more lies. I had to file a complaint with the BBB before they actually sent my reports.
Awful customer service. Been with them for 2 years. I called to ask about their service contract. The lady that answered the phone at the Fellsmere location was very rude and short with me. Couldn't even find me in their system.
