Would leave a zero if possible. In 5/1/25 they serviced our tank. We paid $300 and was told they would email us a receipt. 17 calls and 28 days later and STILL NO RECEIPT! Scam company! Stay far away.
Very good company in my experience with them
My review is not for service performed but more on scheduling. Supposed to show up between 8 & 10AM, waited till almost 2:00 and still no show. I just called and cancelled. Have some respect for customers time and scheduling.
Extremely disappointed with the service from Brian Davis Septic. Before their initial check-up, everything was working fine with my septic system. After their visit, I now have a large area of carpet near my bathroom completely saturated, likely from a septic issue. To make matters worse, I had a follow-up appointment scheduled, stayed home all day waiting, and no one showed up or even bothered to call.
