Office women has no manners no class
Wish I could give 0 stars! I have had a terrible experience with this company, had a contract for 2 years and they didn’t even fulfill it! Terrible customer service. Would not recommend and won’t be renewing my contract with them.
Thomas from Brian Davis went above and beyond in what we thought was going to be a simple repair and turned into a multi-hour endeavor. He went out of his way to fully investigate the issue and even went further, identifying other issues with our 3 month old system on a new construction home. We cannot thank him enough for his quick response and staying to see the job done properly, even through the inclement weather.
Maintenance contract for required new septic system. Transferred from builder. Poor follow up on calls, rude receptionists, sewer smell in home. They argued it was builders error, even though they installed. Reported to dept of health they inspected as required. False . No follow up concerning end of contract with homeowner that is required by fl dept of health. Do not use.
