The technicians that do the servicing are nice and Fantastic but the front desk is unhelpful and I can’t get in touch with a manager when needed.
We had an issue with our septic leaking and they sent out a tech quickly next day (Monday) in the early morning. Thomas quickly found the problem and fixed it, but also took the time to explain the system to us since it is our first time on septic. We were hesitant because of previous reviews but that was not our experience thus far. Thank you Thomas!
Would leave a zero if possible. In 5/1/25 they serviced our tank. We paid $300 and was told they would email us a receipt. 17 calls and 28 days later and STILL NO RECEIPT! Scam company! Stay far away.
