Dr. Milligan is incredible! Very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, unparalleled experience, and his bedside manner is impeccable! He made my daughter feel completely at ease during our first meeting. He is so kind and just a great person! I would highly recommend him!
He quite literally saved my life. I had a brain tumor the size of a quarter and he operated to remove 85%. He was very kind and made sure I understood every thing that was happening. I can’t recommend him enough
