I love going to Dr. Facione because it runs so smoothly. His receptionist is so kind and professional while making me feel like I have known her my whole life. Then you see his nurse and I love when they are sweet with a sense of humor. I have been going to Dr. Facione from the beginning of his time in Stevensville and would recommend him to anyone. After all he is a Michigan State fan!
I recently moved from another state after some deaths in my family. I needed a new family doctor. I had trouble finding the office but that’s because I don’t know the area yet. It will help when I can figure out East from West. Anyway, the office staff were exceptional in giving me direction. I got in to see Doctor Facione pretty quick. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my various problems. Helped me get an appointment for a heart test I needed and made suggestions for a couple other problems. Dr.Facione and his staff are topnotch! He is always willing to listen,and take your concerns into consideration while giving you a honest approach to what care you need. He is very detailed thoughtful and caring best doctor hands down. And his staff is always very welcoming , thoughtful and courteous.
