Wonderful experience with front office, nursing, lab and Dr. Cooke. They are kind, caring, thoughtful and listen to my concerns. It took me three PCPs to treat me like a human. This office deserves 10 stars.
Cook has been great but the interaction with his nurse today I will have to find a different pcp. Very sad because he is an amazing doctor.
Dr. Cooke is awesome he has been my main doctor for over 20 years. Staff is super friendly. Wait times can be long but that's a doctor's office for you.
Dr. Cooke is very thorough & you can tell he sincerely cares for his patients. I’m a Disabled Veteran and there is some medicine’s that the VA put me on years ago, and now they WILL NOT prescribe them to ANY Veteran….unless you’re quite literally dying…..or have an act of Congress in your pocket! Dr. Cooke literally looked at my medical records and said I have all the information in my records to support the fact that I need them.
