I had an issue with my XT5 that I purchased new from Cullen and developed an issue recently. I was kept in the "know" at every step of the warranty repair and given regular progress updates from Doug in service. I've had many vehicles, Nissan, Ford, Hyundai and this was probably the best dealer experience I've had.
I’m writing to share my serious concerns following a highly disappointing service experience at your dealership today involving my 2025 Cadillac Lyriq. I brought the vehicle in for a standard health check and tire rotation, after receiving multiple automated reminders from the dealership to schedule service. I wish I could give -10 stars , Don't buy Gm. I bought my escalade 2025 brand new factory oder and delivered on april16th 2025. I was sold a vehicle without proper pre delivery inspection. Joe ippolito took my order, helped me and got me good deal no complain about that. I was referred by my friend who has bought escalade from Brian cullen in 2024.
