Called about seeing a new Cadillac. They told me I had to make an appointment to come in and see it. I made an appointment to come in a few hours later. They claimed it was the earliest I could see that car. They then called me an hour later and told me it was sold. Typical car dealer with absolutely no morals. We took delivery of a 2026 CT5V. Kevin Pierce was our salesperson. We had ordered the car early in the year, it arrived in the dead of winter but we were in the south, returning 2 months after Cullen received the car. At no time was there pressure to pay for it or arrange for a pickup. We finally got the car on April 30, Kevin spent an hour going over everything with it, and now my wife is enjoying her new Caddy. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable through the whole process.
I had an issue with my XT5 that I purchased new from Cullen and developed an issue recently. I was kept in the "know" at every step of the warranty repair and given regular progress updates from Doug in service. I've had many vehicles, Nissan, Ford, Hyundai and this was probably the best dealer experience I've had.
I’m writing to share my serious concerns following a highly disappointing service experience at your dealership today involving my 2025 Cadillac Lyriq. I brought the vehicle in for a standard health check and tire rotation, after receiving multiple automated reminders from the dealership to schedule service.
