I’ve been a customer for many years, and have yet to find a more reputable and honest mechanic than Brian. Equally so, Rhonda is always helpful and pleasant to talk to. From a quick morning drop in before a road trip to needing advice from another state - they’re always willing to help. After driving cross country twice, I’ve yet to find a mechanic who holds the same integrity and reasonable prices as Brian and his crew.
I was told by another mechanic that I needed to replace my catalytic converter to pass inspection, which would have been a very expensive repair. Brian was able to fix the problem without that costly replacement. I'm truly grateful for his honesty and kindness. His wife, Rhonda, is also wonderful. I will definitely continue using their services.
Honesty yeah ok very dishonest telling a customer not to get a new car have a older car fixed just because he wants the money when the car had over 200,000 miles come on where is the honesty in that would not recommend
Brian is one of the most honest and helpful mechanics I’ve come across. He’s always willing to offer advice and take the time to explain things, even when he’s clearly busy. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and doing the right thing, not just making a quick buck. If you need a reliable auto shop and someone you can trust, Brian is the guy to go to. Highly recommend.
