Brian was amazing. He helped us secure a home during the busiest holiday season and we didnt have any issues at all. He was very quick and informative to respond to all of our questions or concerns. He was very kind to our kids during all our office visits. We absolutely loved our closing gift!

It has been a few months since we closed and moved to our new house. Brian Courtney made this move smooth and painless. He was available every time we had a question or hit a bump (and there were a few bumps!) He was also patient with us and a wonderful communicator when it came to next steps. He has even reached out with a note a couple times since the move. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is going through the house finance process. He is the best!

Brian is stuck with us because there's never been a better person to handle our mortgages. He is amazing, listens, tailors services to needs and runs through the process with the buyer in mind. I was so nervous but he was positive and reassuring without setting unrealistic expectations. I could go on and on but he is the one to work with.
