I have several rental homes in the Sebastian area. Brian is my go to guy for roof repairs and replacement. Always professional and reasonable. He does quality work in a timely manner for the right price. If and when I need any other home repairs, I will definitely give him a call. Highly recommended!
Thanks to Brian Coffey for a perfect job on my house! I had to have a new roof put on my house. I had bids for a whole new roof and the other contractors where very expensive. Brian came over to my house to measure the roof and got back with me promptly with the bid.His it was very comprehensive and he went over every part of the bid with me. Brian Coffey Construction did a remodel in my kitchen. Brian had a very reasonable price. I contacted several other compares for bids and was not impressed with the other companies. He is a very friendly person and explained the steps thoroughly. His workers were professional and on time daily. If I have any more work to be done at my house I will call Brian Coffey Construction again! I highly recommend him!
We saw the two 1 star reviews of this company right before we hired Brian Coffey and almost did not use them but they were not at all consistent with what we heard from a local engineer, other professionals, and references he provided.
