I had a very good experience with the scheduling staff at this practice. The staff was very kind, organized, and friendly with me. The tried to help me in every step of the process. Unfortunately I was not able to attend my appointment due to travel restrictions. Regardless, I am leaving this review to help the community.
Dr Chernoff is an excellent doctor. Understanding, knowledgeable, never makes me feel rushed. Always takes time to understand my medical condition and pushes for his patients to take the best care of themselves. He could however educate himself a bit more on sexual health issues, STI screening resources and preventative medications such as PREP.
Dr Chernoff has been my wife and my Doctor for almost 15 years. He is always proactive in his care for my wife and myself and he genuinely cares about our health. I would highly recommended Dr Chernoff and we do to anyone who asks. Thank you Dr Chernoff for all you do.
Practice is very unprofessional! They do not return phone calls!
I agree that Dr. Chernoff is very good and listens as well as takes time for my concerns. I also agree that the receptionist needs a little training. This past Tuesday I went for my monthly blood test. On Wednesday I received my results and everything was fine. On Thursday afternoon I received a call from the office.
