I had Brian help me out twice for a couple of projects. Shortly after purchasing my first home I discovered a deteriorating foundation that was covered up by the previous owner. Brian's experience and knowledge helped me find a temporary solution to reinforce the foundation temporarily, enough for me to feel comfortable brining my family into the house for 3 years until I could find a permanent solution. I do not recommend this company. I wasted time and money. Left a message and emailed several times and nonresponsive owner after he advised me to do soil test. Very unprofessional. Response to owner's below reply, Per engineer, I do not need land design. I would just need to upgrade 1x1 drainage to 2x2. I emailed him no response and I called and left three messages still no response. Plus, I waited FIVE months!
