We can't say enough positives on Dr.Bye- we were referred to him from Michigan after my daughter was first told she had a sprain- fast forward a few weeks to where her arm was stuck at a 90 degree angle, back to er where they saw something wasn't right, saw ortho Monday who said he couldn't touch it as he had never seen an elbow like hers. Said nothing was wrong with our child even after multiple appointments. Went to children’s hospital in Milwaukee and they instantly found the problem and solution. Dr. Bye is a joke.
Staff was friendly, took time to explain everything clearly, offering options and explaining each step of care and addressing concerns
Dr Bye spoke to my daughter and not just myself when he was treating her. He made sure we both understood the plan. All of the staff at the office were knowledgeable and caring. From onset of injury through all of the follow ups we always knew the next step in her care.
Great doctor, personality and bedside manner! We just saw him for the 1st time for my 3 year old that broke his leg and were very nervous but would definitely recommend Dr. Bye to anyone.
