I called the office to reschedule an appointment because I broke and sprained my right ankle and can’t drive. I first asked if I could do telehealth (because I read online that they do, so they need to update that) and the receptionist there is kind of blunt and unpleasant. Just received a phone call from his scheduler for a new appointment. Genuinely one of the rudest and most mean person I have over spoken to over the phone. This alone proves to me why this office is rated a 3. Please go somewhere else where they actually treat you with kindness and humanity.
Dr Burtch is awesome. I am disabled and have had to cancel many times. Not once has he held it against me and I've been his patient since 2018.
