Bad Customer Service My experience with Brian Burrell Tile was terrible! He tells me he will be here on a certain day then never shows up. He never calls to say he is going to be late. I waited for him for four straight days to show up then when he finally did, he never said a word. No "sorry" for making you hang around and wait for me. Nothing...
