I highly respected Dr. Burgess and his office NP for their professionalism. They consistently demonstrated courtesy and pleasantness. However, the two receptionists' lack of friendliness and customer service skills prevented me from awarding a perfect score. They are very efficient and friendly.
Dr Brian Burgess was my surgeon for a second Achilles tendon surgery after the initial rupture did not heal tight enough. He helped improve my gait and walking strength and endurance by removing the weak part of the tendon, reattaching it and reinforcing it with another tendon. I am very happy with the results.
