I had lost my home in a fire and due to the age of the house and the fact there was no mortgage, we couldn’t get the house insured, so when the house burned we were at a total loss. Brian (who lives an hour and a half away) stepped in to help me and my little boy get a new place to live during a time where finding a home to rent is very difficult, and highly competitive.
