Cannot recommend him enough. Always felt like my desires were being heard while still getting an honest opinion. Look no further. update: years later and had another issue. Called him up and immediately got the information I needed. Helpful, to the point, and honest.
Very Honest Attorney. He told me things that I did not want to hear regarding my case; However, these were crucial things that were very relevant to my case and Extremely Important. He even went so far as to let me know that he was probably not my best option. However, the 15 minutes he took ( for free) and spoke to me was very important to me as I am in a very unique situation. I would Highly recommend using him if your case is not vey unique and convoluted..
Brian was polite and most importantly honest. After talking, he advised he could not help me but did provide some very helpful information. I appreciate the fact that he did not just try to take my money. Will keep in mind in case any future issues arise. Thanks again Brian!
Mr. Waugh told me during my divorce that he didn't care about my 401K. If you ever need him post divorce, he makes himself scarce. If you have an uncooperative spouse use another attorney.
