I needed to start a new policy. Melanie Cox was very helpful and friendly. I was able to start my policy quickly and efficiently. She informed me of safe driving discounts and made the process easier. She is very professional and had great knowledge about what State Farm can offer. I am glad I was able to work with her to get my policy started.

I was in the process of registering my car in the state I just moved to and discovered I needed a different type of auto insurance so I called Brien Arends State Farm office. Within ten minutes, they rewrote my auto insurance to comply with State requirements and faxed my new proof of insurance cards to the County office and I was able to complete the registration process and get my new license plate.
