Kathy Davis was notably helpful in getting my paperwork in to get a discount for a class 3 roof! I'd been looking at an outdated list of State Farm approved impact resistant shingles and she alerted me that our invoice showed that we should qualify based on the current list.
Kathy Davis exemplifies the entire work ethic of this office. She is diligent, hard working, and thorough. I have had to deal with my aging parents and their long term care policy for 3.5 years, now. I have to submit the logs from the caregivers amongst the myriad of things I have to accomplish. Kathy has assisted me every step of the way. I so appreciate her and this office for their attention to our situation!
