I really like working with Brian at Addison Property Solutions. He’s always on time and does a great job explaining the repairs and what it will take to fix things. His prices are reasonable, and he’s very professional. He recently helped me avoid a $1,000 window replacement that turned out to be unnecessary. I had a window repair person tell me that I needed the window replaced after it blew out of the frame due to heavy winds we had recently, at a cost of $1,000. First of all Brian is a professional (replying to calls, arriving on time for our appointment and giving me stellar results). I have been looking for a person/business to assist me with decorating my home for quite awhile, however Brian came into the picture "right on time!" He's local... which helps tremendously. I recently hired Addison Property Solutions to help with several installation tasks in my apartment, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
