I was given a recommendation for Nate Adams to service my boiler when the installation plumber would not respond to me. I explained that I'd had some problems and needed the boiler serviced to verify if any repairs were required. Nate was familiar with my brand of boiler and put us on the schedule for a week out for sometime in the afternoon.
