I was given a recommendation for Nate Adams to service my boiler when the installation plumber would not respond to me. I explained that I'd had some problems and needed the boiler serviced to verify if any repairs were required. Nate was familiar with my brand of boiler and put us on the schedule for a week out for sometime in the afternoon. The most responsive and helpful plumbing company we’ve ever worked with. They came that same day we called and were willing to do whatever it took to help us. Very kind and reliable.
After I posted the review below Nate text with me and explained him self and said he should have gotten back to me. Because he was willing to call and communicate with me now I have changed my stars. Nate Adams promised me he was going to be coming to my house so I tore my shower out. He then pushed me off a week.
