I contacted BRI Iron on 2/12 and they came out that week to do the measurements. My door and window railings were installed on 2/20. They communicated with me throughout the process to determine the style and color that I wanted. I asked for an indoor window latch for safe exiting if needed. They did all that I asked without any delay in communication. This was the second job that they did for me and I will call them for all future needs! Thank you gentlemen!
