We used TMOT for our renovation years ago. Chris came around and did most of the work on our new kitchen. There was a bathroon next to it that needed electrical work. A few months later I had to get TMOT to come back as the switch in the bathroom was faulty and bulging out of the wall. It was fixed and I was charged a $200 call out fee (that I shouldn't have paid) as well as for the repair. Then again a few months later it had to be repaired again. I’ve used BRG Electrical three times now - well priced, efficient, and Megan is so helpful in answering all my questions during the quoting process
The tradesman did the job on time etc…but when there was a major fault after work was supposedly completed the “company BRG” were not understanding or responsive in fact it took nearly 3 months to address. BRG have now chosen “abusive and extortion” tactics to claim payment while I get the unsatisfactory work reviewed.
I needed Isolating switches and a link on my meter board. Robby and Eric did a great job installing them, overcoming tricky wiring already there. Price was good. Communications great from the office. They turned up on time. Business card now on the fridge as first contractor to call. Thanks team!
