I've lived at BRG's East Pointe Apartments for over three years. Chris, the property manager, is excellent, and John, present maintenance employee, is terrific. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, the matter is handled promptly. BRG is continuously making improvements. From my observation, pets are well-behaved. I feel safe living here. My building's neighbors are polite and kind, and noise is almost zero. I've lived at several apartment complexes in Ohio. This is my favorite. Thank you, East Pointe and BRG!!!
Been a part of the BRG community for almost 7years now. We lived at Forest Creek in Middletown for 6.5yrs and loved it. The maintenance was excellent! We had a baby and needed more space. The leasing office told us about Miamisburg by the Mall and how they have townhomes. Being apart of the same company we thought it would be great place to live. Forest Creek gave us high expectations... too high. Ever since moving to MBTM it’s been one thing after another. Can’t wait to leave.

I haven’t been here a year in the forest park apartments an I hate it I’m paying to much for a 2 bedroom apartment an very old model house, mold , disgusting neighbors, rude an very non helpful people working in the rent office an maintenance an on top of all that a pest infestation of roaches an bed bugs this is the worst place I ever lived an don’t recommend nobody to come an live here. It’s stressful to pay the outrageous bills an have to deal with disgusting stuff I’m moving soon as possible I have kids they will not be ... read more
