I’m happy with my heat pumps.
They folks are great! Very responsive and accommodating
Ralph is fantastic! He stepped up and helped us over the holiday weekend when the furnace died. He went above and beyond to investigate and follow-up on the situation. Cannot thank him enough! I recommend BRF Services to anyone looking for skilled and kind people.
Got heat pumps and insulation and electrical upgrade. Ralph and Workers did a nice job. … and I can’t reach him or the company through email or text or online in message center- He needs a secretary in my opinion. Still waiting for my copy of the contract so I have records and can keep track of the bills and payments. The only reason for lower rating still at this time is due to communication from the company.
