I won't live there after hearing some things about the management and the kind of horrible people on the Board.
The flowers, trees and grass are beautifully maintained. Security greets you in a polite/courtesy manner. The entry and foyer are bright and clean. The Senior Property Manager, Mark Kleinert, made us feel welcome immediately and generously showed our families around the condo living area and the gated parking. One has a feeling the entire facility is safe and secure. We are very impressed with the Breyer Estates Association.
