Recently purchased a newly built condo from Brexton. We have heard that the superintendent sat in his truck throughout the job. The work inside shows. The list is too long to include, but please do your due diligence better than we did before you buy, we love the location, but I really wish I would’ve noticed more beforehand and I wish they were more responsive to getting things fixed.
