Buddy has been in here for 12 years. Pretty nice people. Nurses are nice, give him grief like he does them, so i like that. Administration wise, not sure on how they To deal with.
Bad bad management, treat employees terrible, work load is insane was understaffed and inconsiderate of people, they have no empathy.
It's a good place, excellent service for my mom. The people who work there were amazing.
I want to shout out Brewster Village in Appleton. It is an amazing skilled nursing facility and Rehab Center. Not only does this place house many pieces of history from the Fox Cities, but it is a place of wellness. It has a library, church, cafe, a lot of nature, a bank, a music area, beauty salon, sunrooms and a lot of space for quietness. I could go on and on.
