Nursing care was bad. Long call light wait.time. I did most of family members toileting and showers. If you dont get approved for Brewster its o.k.because it was no better than Rennes or any other one.
Buddy has been in here for 12 years. Pretty nice people. Nurses are nice, give him grief like he does them, so i like that. Administration wise, not sure on how they To deal with.
Bad bad management, treat employees terrible, work load is insane was understaffed and inconsiderate of people, they have no empathy.
It's a good place, excellent service for my mom. The people who work there were amazing.
