What a compassionate and understanding veterinary team! We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved 16-year-old cat, Ella. The staff was incredibly helpful and empathetic throughout the entire process, truly understanding our emotions during such a heartbreaking time.
