My immediate family have been loyal customers here for years I have grown up taking our dogs here and would recommend them all the time. I called to ask about cat spaying and neutering prices, I quickly in a poor bland tone got told “We aren’t taking new customers. Unless they’re from Bridgeport, Brewster, or Pateros. We need to help our customers first” no recommendations, nothing else. found that rude and a little ironic as I had been a customer.
Dr.Jamie and her vet technician I wish I’d gotten the name of came in on a Sunday morning to treat my girl Tala who ate a large part of her kennel blanket. From start to finish, they took care of my girl and saved her from a possible serious surgery. I got to meet the other techs and Doctor and everyone was so kind.
