I was camping and my dog got bit by another dog. Brewster Vet got me in the same day. Extremely nice staff and Dr. Sarah was so sweet & compassionate with Bella, and me. Very clean facility. I'm very grateful for this place!! I was in and out, then back to camp. Thank you!!!
We used to love it here. Ever since the new owners have taken over it has gone downhill. The vet herself is nice and good at what she does, taking care of our pet. As for the rest of the staff absolutely not. The younger extremely skinny girl always has such attitude and NO empathy or compassion, just very stone cold and a bit arrogant. The receptionist is clueless and also seems annoyed when you ask her questions. I am currently looking for a new vet.
They are so good with our pets always. Thank you.
