This place needs immediate attention! Grass growing so high branches all over the place. Trailers look like trash with holes in sides and trash laying around. Disgusting. Appears owners do not care. It's a sad place for a cute town.
Ryan Cook is an evil man who discriminates against those with disabilities. Bullies mobile home owners without any sort of legal backing or lease agreement. He accused me of many false things after he learned I was a disabled person. This mobile home park is not ADA compliant and discriminates against veterans and those with disabilities. I sold my home here only 2 months after purchase for how I was treated and wrongfully accused of false claims. Do not give your money to the Cook family..more like Crook family.
