Waited over an hour. She had a dog running around the room while she examined me. When I asked her to call me personally with some test results she yelled at me.
Wait time could improve but overall she is a good doctor. I've been her patient since 2016. I work in the area but live in Merced and do my check ups there. Her new staff is very friendly as well.
Never would I recommend Dr. Brewster to anyone, you wait forever and then she talks about herself the whole appointment. Then she didn’t pay her fees for my insurance and so my claim was denied. Horrible Doctor.
May Kay Brewster has been such a wonderful, caring and knowledgable physician. I would recommend her to any woman looking for a GYN.
I would never recommend this doctor. I had been coming to see Dr. Brewster for about two years now. Wait time is typically an hour +. The professionalism of the staff is BEYOND appalling. This last visit I waited 2 hours to be seen and by that time it was 5pm (when they close) and I had an IUD inserted and by that time all the medical staff had left. I left the office it was 6:30pm. I'm going to go to another OBGYN to make sure she did the procedure correctly.
Dr. Brewster delivered my baby when my own OB/GYN was out of town. It was a nightmare! She arrived extremely late, after not checking in all day. I had been ready to deliver for some time and the nurses had been calling her and calling her. Her excuse? She'd been shopping at the mall. She left immediately after without checking in with me. Don't trust her.
I've been a patient of Dr. Brewster for 18 years. She's knowledgeable, she caring/attentive and professional. I've suffered a few miscarriages, and she has helped me through them emotionally and physically.
OK Ob Being an ob her patients who are pregnant or wanting to become prgnant get more attention and time than those who are not or do not want to be.
