They now have a call center handling prescriptions . Good luck if you’re traveling and out of meds. I had a two week supply , but I have to stay another week. Your call is now routed to a call center, who then calls the Dr. Office. They don’t pick up. The call center then send them a priority message, which doesn’t get a response. The doctor’s office then calls in the emergency prescription to CVS, who in turn calls me to pick it up. Great system. I have to hope that the office calls the pharmacy before they close. Just saw Dr. Brewster today for the first time. He was punctual and very thorough. I was very impressed and pleased with him as our doctor.
Dr. Brewster has been my PCP for more than 5 yrs ~ he is compassionate, thorough & an excellent Physician. His assistant Maggie is efficient & schedules referrals fast! I moved more than 25 miles away but will continue to drive here. On site lab work is a plus. (Highly recommend)
Previous patient of Dr. Hamilton here and always had a good experience, thought I should stay with the same group for a basic physical...wrong! When making the appointment they asked me to fast for some lab work, which is standard. At the end of the visit they informed me ‘we don’t have room in the lab, and you have to go to Sonora Quest’, information that would have been helpful when initially scheduling the exam as Sonora is A)nowhere close to this office and B)not taking same day appointments.
