Contacted them for help finding housing. We have been paying rent though the pandemic, but our landlord decided to sell their house and we cannot find another rental. Instead of providing a list of rentals or meaningful advice, they said we should go to a homeless shelter. Yeah, let me uproot my kids, leave my job, and go to a cramped shelter during a pandemic. Thanks for nothing.
