Excpect to be endlessly harassed by a collection agency right after their service. Even if your insurance company will pay. If you have any choice, don’t use them.
BESTEST w/chair experience . . . Have had many, many drivers and each one has been caring, respectful and responsible. Thnk U Carlos, Erik, Andrew ‼️ I have so much respect for this company that I actually use them as my preferred provider . . . I’m thrilled that I didn’t read the most negative reviews before me because I would’ve been reluctant to try them !
I think this is a horrible transportation company. I came for a thirty minute appointment. I was seen in 10 minutes from arrival and I'm here stuck in the waiting room on a stretcher for 3 hours waiting to be picked up.
Billing department is unprofessional and unsympathetic. When you are dealing with loved ones of those who have passed soon after the ambulance ride, you do want to at least have a staff who can pretend to care. Especially when it was billing who made an egregious mistake. Please do better as a department. Two stars because I believe the EMTs were kind and professional and I’m grateful to them.
They were on time. Made sure my seat belts were secure. Excellent driver I felt would definitely recommend using Brewster! Thanks H and J!
