I very seldom leave bad reviews, but Brewster is so terrible I had to do so. I needed an ambulance and much like all the other reviews, I had insurance that covered this exact situation. My insurance rejected the claim sent by Brewster because they upcoded the claim(basically sending my insurance a higher value $$$ claim code then the code should be) Brewster is notorious for doing this exact scam(check out the 2025 lawsuit by MA AG!) Excpect to be endlessly harassed by a collection agency right after their service. Even if your insurance company will pay. If you have any choice, don’t use them.
BESTEST w/chair experience . . . Have had many, many drivers and each one has been caring, respectful and responsible. Thnk U Carlos, Erik, Andrew ‼️ I have so much respect for this company that I actually use them as my preferred provider . . . I’m thrilled that I didn’t read the most negative reviews before me because I would’ve been reluctant to try them !
I think this is a horrible transportation company. I came for a thirty minute appointment. I was seen in 10 minutes from arrival and I'm here stuck in the waiting room on a stretcher for 3 hours waiting to be picked up.
Billing department is unprofessional and unsympathetic. When you are dealing with loved ones of those who have passed soon after the ambulance ride, you do want to at least have a staff who can pretend to care. Especially when it was billing who made an egregious mistake. Please do better as a department. Two stars because I believe the EMTs were kind and professional and I’m grateful to them.
