We went to a powerlifting meet here, cool gym. Their setup for the powerlifting meet was a bit awkward and I couldn’t find any water here during the meet. (It was blocked off or it was sink water) The location is nice but the parking is funky. Go behind the lot in the spot that kind of looks like a tunnel. There’s way more parking there than in the front.

Super close to the downtown OKC area, tons of equipment, multiple racks, calibrated plates, competition benches, and specialty bars to meet any training need. From supportive spotters to people cheering you on during a heavy set, you never feel alone in your journey.

Best gym I’ve had membership at. Everything you need. Lots of room. Love the turf and weighted kegs. Great atmosphere and energy about the place. Not to call it “old school” but definitely original ingredients of body building are present here.
