Highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone that is on a journey of self improvement. This gym is for everyone - whether you're powerlifting, bodybuilding, training strongman, or just looking to get away from the kids and hit your own physical fitness goals; you'll find what you're looking for here. I would rate this gym a 4.5/5! My friends and I came here to work out during collegiate nationals! Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the staff member and he was very welcoming and kind. I also appreciated how they had some snacks out on a table for people to take in case they got hungry. I can’t quite remember how much the day passes were but it was pretty reasonable ($10 or $15). We went to a powerlifting meet here, cool gym. Their setup for the powerlifting meet was a bit awkward and I couldn’t find any water here during the meet. (It was blocked off or it was sink water) The location is nice but the parking is funky. Go behind the lot in the spot that kind of looks like a tunnel. There’s way more parking there than in the front.
