Very disappointing experience with Brewery Credit Union. We were trying to obtain an auto loan and had to make multiple calls and leave multiple messages for the loan officer, without receiving a response. Eventually had to visit locations in person just to get basic communication. When we finally spoke with the loan officer at the Bay View location, her response and body language came across as irritated and dismissive, a smack and a sigh they someone was here for her. There a two attentive tellers there; the others have v bad attitudes , never smile, and you always have to wait for a teller while they do something else.Usually, only one teller attending to customers.
