Absolutely fantastic! Such a great guy — friendly, funny, professional, and always in a great mood. He made the whole experience even better and really helped make our trip to Liverpool memorable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and knows how to make people feel welcome. An absolute legend — would definitely recommend! 🇬🇧🍻
This was a disaster! You never showed for the tour and did not respond to calls or emails trying to locate you for the tour. Thanks for promtly responding with the credit for the failure. Me thinks you should consider an additional credit for the absolute total miss.
