Keith needs to learn some customer service skills. One star for me
If I could rate them zero I would . Complete lack of customer service . I have dealt with brewers many times in the past not because they are cheaper but because they usually stock everything normal . I will be skipping the song and dance required to buy from them from now on. Yesterday my girlfriend went to purchase rotors and pads and brake fluid from them for my bmw. she was laughed at and looked at as if she was dumb but when she returned home we laughed off the bad service as "business as usual".
