Update: On this last call, over 6 months ago, I knew there was a leak somewhere in my duct work, but the older guy who cleaned the coils on my unit said he checked twice and didn't find any leaks. 6 months later I had to have some plumbing work done & the plumber found the leak, all the way at the back of the house.
