I had a terrible experience! When I went in to cancel my membership, the manager, Mia, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me with an attitude instead of helping me through the process. On top of that, the gym itself is not well-maintained, and smells very bad. I use to love to go there but not anymore. Definitely not the kind of service or environment you’d expect from a place promoting health and fitness.
They always adding new equipment ! Nice cordial people at front desk. Just giving 4 stars because they have reduced the massage and hydro beds to 5 min from 10 min
Low price 11$/month , working equipment. Showers. But That attracts people with low level of manners- you can see how they make the place dirty. And. It's frea...ng kindergarden now during the summer. Can you limit free membership for kids (13-19) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ? So they dont sit with phones on the equipment !!!!!!!!! And finally in 2025 PF added free weights. Awesome 👍 . still kindergarden during the summer
