I tried calling over a one week period, left multiple messages, nobody called me back even to say whether or not they would be an agent to sell my boat. Don’t even bother calling and asking for help with this company because nobody will call you back. Terrible customer service and communication. It was a very disappointing experience. I don’t understand how nobody calls you back.
