Well what can I say.this practice is terrible.every time I order my prescription s Theresa some missing.This time they are saying I split my prescriptions up and had them at different times.Which just. Isn't true.my hubby and l moved some years ago from an excellent doctors at Barming.With so many bad reviews why is this practice not. Looked. Into One particular male. Doctor there too is rude
I phoned the surgery for test results. I was caller Number 1 for 47 minutes at 11:30am when the line opened at 11. I hung up and called option 1 appointments and was caller number 3 for over 25 minutes. I never moved from caller 3. I work so I called back at 3:30 and spent a further 30 minutes on hold caller 1. This time I was answered and spent only 2 minutes on the call. How the heck does that work.
