Brewer Airport Toyota failed to properly address issues on my 2026 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro that is still covered under the 36,000-mile warranty. Scheduling service is a nightmare. We have 2 vehicles that they have difficulty locating in their system every single time we call. They also confuse our two vehicles when we call to schedule. This has been ongoing for over 2 years. They give us different excuses every time we call to schedule maintenance as to why they are unable to locate our vehicles in their system. They explain they are under my name, but the next time they are under my phone number and the next time my name is not spelled correctly or they used an old ... read more
Brewer Toyota has once again been the best Toyota dealership experience I have ever had. Andrew Ramirez in service took care of me and my 2021 Tacoma going above and beyond to help me out and ensure my vision was brought to life when I chose them to install my TRD lift and wheels/tires. They were very good at keeping me up to date in the status of my vehicle and really made me feel like a valued customer. I will never not go to Brewer when I need help with my truck. Thank you guys!
My state inspection went super quick and painless. They have nice system with text updates while service is under way. The waiting room lounge was pretty nice too.
