Tim DeKleva was the best! Greeted us upon arriving, supper friendly and listen to exactly what we were looking for showed us a very sharp looking RAV4 that met every need within our budget. Today, I scheduled an oil change appointment for 4 p.m. I came to the service. I waited until my car was finished. Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour and a half for them to take my car and change the oil making me the last one to leave. This is the second instance of disrespect I’m facing with them. I recently brought my Toyota in for an appraisal on my 2023 GR86 at Brewer Airport Toyota because they’d invited me to consider selling it to them. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it turned out the salesperson had no idea about the appointment we’d scheduled. That was a sign of miscommunication. After we talked about possibly acquiring a Supra I was informed on how difficult it would be to build one due to Big corporate Toyota. So sadly it’s really hard to build or get a spot for a 2026 Supra!
