Did not have a good experience at Brewer and will never go back. They did not want to budge from MSRP price on new vehicle and they offered $4,000 less for trade in than I was offered elsewhere. When I told them they were offering less for the trade and the price of their new truck was almost the same as a higher trim at another dealer, the GM Dave came out of his office, laughed and basically said I was lying. I had my right front tire replaced at this location a few weeks ago. I don't know if they took my sensor or forgot to put it back. It was very unprofessional. I have to spend extra money to have it repaired in another area. It's disgusting.
Donnie Sippel was very knowledgeable and helpful during my shopping for a new vehicle process. I had a "Must Have" as well as "Nice to Have" list. Donnie was able to find me a vehicle that met all of my items on both lists. I recommend anyone looking for a new car stop by Brewer Airport Toyota and ask for Donnie.
Lorenzo was an excellent salesman. He constantly kept me abreast of what was going on within the dealership regarding the car that I wanted. He quickly answered questions any time I contacted him, even when he was not at work. My only complaint was regarding the dealerships inability to negotiate a better price on a car that had been on the lot since June.
