I brought my car to Brewer Airport Toyota for a routine oil change, and as soon as I drove out of the service area, my dashboard showed “Oil Pressure Low.” I had to turn around immediately, and the technician told me the issue was caused by a faulty seal on the oil filter, which led to an oil leak. I had to purchase a new car on very short notice. I was assisted by Donnie, who was great. There was the typical salesman pressuring and whatever, but he was never overbearing. Everyone was very personable, as you’d expect. I got a pretty alright deal on a new Corolla. I definitely got lowballed on my trade-in, but I needed a new car by the end of the day so I didn’t really argue it at all. Overall great experience, I was taken care of in a timely manner and had no real complaints about any of the staff.
Jarren was amazing in helping us pick out the perfect vehicle for our family! Couldn’t have done it without him! The rest of the team were super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!
