Friendly, quick dealership experience had me driving off the lot barely 2 hours later. I give them 3 stars because once you drive off the lot, their level of concern for you drops dramatically. They charged me a license and registration fee despite how I brought my old license plate with me (and a registration that had just been renewed) from my old car that was totaled. Jeff Schall and David Basalj are awesome! The only reason us and our daughter purchased multiple Toyota vehicles over the years is because of people like them. No one else can come close to their experience and expertise. When Jeff Schall reaches retirement age you need to offer him more money to stay. Even part time or as a consultant. No one comes close to his knowledge and expertise. You would need to hire 3 people to replace him and they would still all combined fall short. You can't buy that kind of knowledge!!!

Did not have a good experience at Brewer and will never go back. They did not want to budge from MSRP price on new vehicle and they offered $4,000 less for trade in than I was offered elsewhere. When I told them they were offering less for the trade and the price of their new truck was almost the same as a higher trim at another dealer, the GM Dave came out of his office, laughed and basically said I was lying.
