I called Cuad about some issues with my hot tub. He showed up same day, diagnosed the issues and ordered the parts the same day. His team returned a couple days later and installed everything and got our tub back to normal. Chad and his wife even stayed after the sun had set to make sure the job got completed. I would highly recommend the BrewCrew to anyone. We will be using them again for sure!
This is a bit of a long story, but it’s necessary to show just what an awesome job Chad did for me. On a bitterly cold Sunday morning at 5 am, I texted Chad and told him my hot tub had no power and probably had been without power for at least a week. I was in panic mode as I thought the pipes had froze, since temps in Ellicottville had been dropping to the single digits all week. Chad & his crew are top notch! They cleaned our hot tub this fall & have been great in our recent crisis of my heater quit working!! I highly recommend them for your hot tub needs!!
Can’t be more impressed with BrewCrew hot tub service. They didn’t give up on troubleshooting the needed repair for our aging hot tub! Professional, knowledgable and courteous! So glad they are in our area!!
Chad got back to me quickly and was able to repair a hot tub valve in same day! He was easy to work with and I’ll defiantly be calling him for any other needed work.
