Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Ordered online thru Good Land, order went thru, they took the money. After six months of emailing and never getting a reply, I had to call and leave a message for a different person at the company every couple days until someone finally called me back. He got me in touch with the person handling the order. Was excited to receive an order I made from their site. After over a week of the FedEx status reading as “label created” I reached out. No response after multiple attempts via email and phone. Finally after filing a dispute with my bank (because I thought I’d been scammed), they responded saying the order was “lost in transit”. And because I contacted my bank a refund was “out of their hands”. Sketchy... Just order from Amazon…
Needs to be known/noted this is the corporate offices and not the actual store! I was told by staff there to go to the Milwaukee Public Market..stand there is a small kiosk sized stand.
Quite a while ago I had asked about a shirt that was out of stock to see when they would get another one in. I had completely forgotten about it until today when Jonathan personally reached out to me over email to make sure I got it as there was only one left in stock! Now that's what I call customer service.
Need some new cool retro stuff.
