The tunes I have received work well and provide a sizable improvement in performance. However, after purchase of this item or custom tune BCB expects any and all upgrade parts to be purchased through them. If not, tune revisions require a fee that is not so nominal. This is not well advertised and should be noted in multiple locations with a warning. BCB should provide an positive incentive system for purchases with them and not a punishment system.
