I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sweetest lady. I ordered a BLT and split it with my BF. We both agreed, this was the best sandwich we have had in ages!!! Just a simple BLT with banana peppers added, but let me tell you…It hit the spot. I can’t wait to come back and try the shakes and breakfast sandwiches!! This place is fantastic!
Now here me out the service was phenomenal the lady was such a sweet heart, greeted everyone that came in with a smile very attentive. The food how ever not that great for 15 dollars I got some bootleg meat ball sandwich and plastic slices of cheese. Like absolutely not ok.
I work at COCA and the service is always great and friendly. The food is also tasty and the prices are very reasonable!

Best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Tastes like homemade but BETTER! We stayed a few nights at The Moonrise Hotel and this was a just a short walk down Delmar. The food was so fresh and delicious and the service was wonderful. The owner was the kindest woman and really took pride in the meal she served us.
