Everyone at this DMV is very pleasant and makes going to the DMV smooth. I had the young lady at Station 10 and have never had such a great experience at the motor vehicle office. Kudos to Titusville!

Had an incredibly smooth experience at the Titusville Tax Collector’s office today. I was assisted by Kaitlyn (not sure on spelling), who was absolute gold standard. She was exceptionally fast, highly efficient, and handled my visit with the kind of professionalism and poise you expect from leadership. People like her make government office visits a breeze. Highly recommend asking for her! (is that a thing you can do at DMV's?)

Since relocating to Brevard County, my family and I have visited the Tax Collector’s Office four times for different services. Even with an appointment, there can be a short wait depending on the time of day, but that’s completely understandable given how busy they are. I had an appointment for 2:20 PM. Wasn't seen until 3:05 PM. Another horrible experience with a government entitiy. The employee I dealt with was lousy as well. She didn't know what documentation was vaild and had to go ask someone. While doing that she spent time chitchatting about personal stuff. I could hear here talking. More of my time wasted.
