Redesign is absolutely awful. Interior is ugly and you have to wait forever again they used to keep appointment times.
OUTSTANDING customer service , professional and kind, when having to visit the 6th and 5th floor offices - wherein I received needed information - more specific for my concerns in this regard versus onlining it. And with easy parking, clean location and no waiting in line for services I needed.

It was a busy Friday, right at lunch time, appointments were almost an hour behind, not great, but hey, it's the DMV. I'm giving this a 5-star because of Jeff. He was manning the front desk with coolness and calm. He talked down several people who could have gotten upset and found resolutions for them. He handled small things so as to keep the back area from filling up, and he made sure everyone coming in was aware of their paperwork requirements. Jeff is wonderful.
