They should only take walk-ins... first come first served. Pull a number. It worked just fine - why change. The whole reno of the property and overall atmosphere feels creepy, the waiting customers were angry, the staff was stressed... creepy.
Redesign is absolutely awful. Interior is ugly and you have to wait forever again they used to keep appointment times.
OUTSTANDING customer service , professional and kind, when having to visit the 6th and 5th floor offices - wherein I received needed information - more specific for my concerns in this regard versus onlining it. And with easy parking, clean location and no waiting in line for services I needed.
