Accessibility is taken into account with a modest ramp and an automatic door button—quite thoughtful. Inside, the space is spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and approachable, contributing to a pleasant experience. Mr. Pono stands out for his politeness and useful advice. The visit was efficient and smooth—a commendable healthcare experience.
My below Knee prosthetic was feeling a bit loose so on the Monday I called and they were able to fit me in. Turns out it was 4 screws that should have been loctited. Paola ( I don't know if that is the correct spelling) was kind, Courteous and full of knowledge. Plus the girl at the front was also a huge help. I would highly reccomend this place!
I am on vacation in Florida and started having issues with the rotator on my Cleg, and the screws were jammed. I called this location to help me because I read the review about the woman from California who needed help. They were willing to help her. They would not help me. They claimed a liability issue. It's amazing the lack of compassion in this world because everyone is afraid of being sued. I have another 9 days here in Florida and its ruined because I cant get help. So sad.
I'm here visiting my friend in Florida. I'm a amputee right leg below the knee and live in California BTW lol. 1000's of miles away from my doctor. I called this awesome place and they squeezed me in and treated me so kindly when I needed work on my leg (damage from the hurricane) Thank you ladies of the office and Roy who helped me feel good again. I'm feeling better knowing I'll make it home now all patched up...thanks to you guys! 😄😱💜
A friend of mine used this company to upgrade his prosthetic leg. For years he spoke highly of the employees. He is in heaven now but always recommended this particular business.
